Privacy Policy

Divino Beats is sold and operated by Lo Hace Solo, LLC, 2810 N Church St, STE 88144, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect in the Divino Beats shop, in our emails and in the Divino Beats Challenge, what we do with it, who we share it with and how you can control it.

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

The short version
  • We collect what we need to print and ship your order: your name, email, phone (if you give it) and shipping address. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  • Your name, address and phone go to the print partner that makes your item (Printify, Gelato and their printers) so they can print and ship it.
  • We use your email for your order, your gifts and, if you're a customer, early access to new designs. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • We use the Meta Pixel (cookies) to measure our ads. You can opt out.
  • We don't sell your personal information for money. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data: email divinobeats@lohacesolo.com or send a DM to @divinobeats on Instagram.

1. What we collect

When you place an order

Through Stripe Checkout: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), shipping address and billing details, the items you bought, the amount, the currency and the date. Card data is entered on Stripe's page and processed by Stripe; we only receive limited payment information from Stripe (for example, the card brand, the last four digits and whether the payment went through).

When you browse the shop

When you write to us

Your email address or Instagram handle and whatever you include in your message.

When you take part in the Divino Beats Challenge

Your Instagram handle and the public content you post or comment with (videos, captions, comments, and the people who appear in them). If you are a potential winner: your name, shipping address and email, and for Canadian residents, your answer to the skill-testing question. See the Official Rules.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information (such as health data, government ID numbers or financial account numbers).

These providers process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't sell your personal information for money.

4. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and, for printing and delivery, in the country your order ships to. If you are in Canada, Australia or New Zealand, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from yours. We choose providers that protect personal information and use it only to provide their services to us.

5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our shop and thank-you page use the Meta Pixel. It places cookies and sends Meta information about your visit: pages viewed, products viewed and added to the cart, checkout started and purchases (product, value and currency), together with technical data such as your IP address, browser and Meta's cookie identifiers. Meta uses this to tell us how our ads perform and to show ads to people who may be interested, and Meta may also use it under its own policies. We don't send Meta your name, email or address.

How to opt out: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account ("Ad preferences"), or use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info (US), youradchoices.ca (Canada) or youronlinechoices.com.au (Australia). You can also email us to opt out (see section 7).

We also use your browser's local storage to remember your cart. It never leaves your device.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights and how to use them

Wherever you live, you can ask us to: tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; and stop using it for marketing or ads measurement. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How to ask: email divinobeats@lohacesolo.com with the subject "Privacy request" from the email you used to order (or send a DM to @divinobeats on Instagram), and tell us what you want. To protect you, we confirm the request matches the email or account in our records before we act; we may ask for your order number. You can also use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that you gave them permission.

Deletion: we delete your data from our records and ask our providers (for example Printify or Gelato) to do the same where they hold it for us. We may keep what the law requires (such as tax records) or what is needed to complete an order in progress, prevent fraud or defend legal claims, and we will tell you if we do.

We answer within 30 days (45 days for California requests, extendable as the law allows; we'll tell you if we need more time).

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, postal address, IP address, online identifiers); commercial information (products bought); internet activity (interactions with our site through the Meta Pixel); approximate geolocation (country); and audio/visual information (only Challenge entries you post). We do not create inferences or profiles about you. Sources: you, your browser, Stripe and Instagram. Purposes and recipients are in sections 2 and 3. We do not sell personal information for money, but using the Meta Pixel for advertising may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to know, delete and correct, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against; we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit it. To opt out of sharing, email us with the subject "Do not sell or share", or block cookies as described in section 5. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Canada (PIPEDA)

By placing an order you consent to the uses described here; you can withdraw consent for optional uses (marketing emails, ads measurement) at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. You can access and correct your information, and if you're not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Australia (Australian Privacy Principles)

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, and you may deal with us without identifying yourself where that's practical (for example, browsing or asking a general question). Your information is disclosed overseas, mainly to the United States (section 4). If you have a complaint, contact us first; we'll answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

New Zealand (Privacy Act 2020)

You have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it (Information Privacy Principles 6 and 7). Write to us at divinobeats@lohacesolo.com or to the postal address below; we'll respond as soon as practicable and within 20 working days. If we don't correct something, you can ask us to attach your statement of the correction you wanted. Your information is sent outside New Zealand: to the United States, where we and most of our providers process it, and to Australia, where orders to New Zealand are printed and shipped from (section 4). We only use providers that are required to protect it in a way comparable to the Privacy Act. If a privacy breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner. If you're not satisfied with how we handle a request or complaint, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

8. Security

We use providers with industry-standard security, payments run on Stripe's secure checkout, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the shop. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach when the law requires.

9. Children

The shop is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in Canada and Australia for marketing purposes), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. The Divino Beats Challenge is only for people 18 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are significant, we'll tell customers by email or with a notice in the shop before they take effect.

Puedes acceder a tus datos y corregirlos y, si no te conforma nuestra respuesta, reclamar ante la Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Australia (Australian Privacy Principles)

Si no te conforma, puedes recurrir a la Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Nueva Zelanda (Privacy Act 2020)

8. Seguridad
